Mental Health Initiative
I’ve had my fair share of mental health ups and downs. I know how it feels to struggle with things out of your control. I also know what it is, with help, to overcome those very low moments. I’m doing my best to take care of myself - if you are reading this I hope you are too. Please know you are not alone and there is hope ♡
